WHAT MAKES PURPLE CORN SPECIAL
The deep purple color isn't a dye — it's the natural pigment of real maíz morado, an ancient Andean crop rich in anthocyanins. Anthocyanins are the same antioxidant compounds found in blueberries, açaí, and blackberries. COLD (the modern way):
1. Mix 4 tablespoons of concentrate with 8 fl oz of cold water
2. Stir well, add ice
