6. Are there fees for selling?
Yes. A sales fee applies only when a sale is made, as outlined in your contract.
7. What does compliance verification include?
Factory, ingredients, and labeling checks to ensure your product meets FDA and FSMA standards.
8. Can you verify non-food products?
Yes. We also handle non-FDA items such as textiles, cosmetics, and household products.
9. What documents are needed for export?
We verify your RUEX, SUMA, NIT, Certificates of Origin, SENASAG permits, and export paperwork.
10. Who covers production and shipping costs?
The client manages production and shipping. We coordinate and verify each step to prevent delays.
11. What happens once my shipment arrives?
Depending on your preference, we can act as the official importer and manage customs clearance, FDA Prior Notice, and delivery to our warehouse — or coordinate directly with your existing U.S. importer if you already have one.
12. Can I track the import process?
Yes. You receive status updates and documentation for each shipment.
13. Where is my inventory stored?
In FDA-compliant warehouses in Florida with security, insurance, and inventory tracking.
14. Is storage included in the service?
Storage is billed separately based on space and time required.
15. How are products sold online?
Through our verified Amazon and Shopify accounts, ensuring immediate access to U.S. consumers.
16. How do I get paid for my sales?
Once funds are released by Amazon or Shopify, payments are transferred to your account in weekly or monthly settlements.
17. Do you guarantee sales results?
No one can guarantee results, but our structure increases compliance, visibility, and growth potential.
18. Are branding and web services included?
They are optional creative services—packaging design, photography, and web development—available on request.
