PURPLE CORN, CINNAMON & CLOVES The blend combines purple corn flour with cinnamon, cloves and citric acid to create the characteristic flavor and aroma of traditional Api Morado. No artificial colors or artificial flavors are added, and the product is labeled Gluten Free.
EASY TO PREPARE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS Whisk the entire 8 oz (227 g) pouch with 4 cups (1 L) of cold water until fully blended. Add the mixture to approximately 2 L of boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat and sweeten to taste.
Serve warm for the traditional experience or enjoy it cold.
